During an apple tasting, you can discover different varieties, explore their aromas and learn more about their origins and how they are processed. Juicy fruit, delicate apple blossom and the scent of freshly cut grass – around Amolaris, a small organic paradise comes to life. A place where apples have been at home for generations and where nature, craftsmanship and passion come together.
Once a week, Martin – our senior host and passionate organic farmer – takes time for a leisurely walk through our apple orchards. Between the rows of apple trees, he shares stories of life in tune with the seasons, organic cultivation and the close connection between people, bees and nature.
The experience ends with a tasting of our organic apple products – fresh, authentic and made with great care. A delightful moment in the apple orchard that reveals just how special this place truly is.
