Gentle movements, calm breathing and the soft shimmer of the pond create a truly special start to the day. Watching the sparkling ripples, letting your gaze wander across the meadows and allowing the day to unfold slowly. On the stylish sun decks, on a lounger by the water or wrapped in a blanket on the lawn, these are the moments that only a holiday can bring. Light. Warm. And full of summer.

As the afternoon slowly gives way to evening and a pleasant freshness fills the air, one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful traditions begins at Amolaris: the aperitivo.
Between apple trees and shimmering water, this special moment of the day awaits. A refreshing drink. A glass of wine. Perhaps something sweet or a little stronger. At the Honesty Bar in the Atrium, you can easily mix your favourite drink, garnish it with fresh herbs from the garden and find a cosy spot by the pond. The water glistens in the evening light. Conversations grow quieter. And the day comes to an end just as it began. Peaceful. Relaxed. And filled with that wonderful holiday feeling.
