From flowing trails on the Sonnenberg and panoramic high-altitude routes to peaceful valley paths and challenging Alpine crossing routes, the region offers an impressive variety for every level of rider. Amolaris – Goldrain – Morter Leisure Ride
Distance: approx. 0 km
Route: approx. 20 km
Difficulty: easy

This varied circular ride starts directly at Amolaris and leads through apple orchards, small woodland sections and peaceful paths around Goldrain and Morter.

The route is pleasantly easy to ride and offers a beautiful balance of gentle activity, nature and relaxed stretches along the way.

Tip: Ideal as an easy warm-up ride or for a leisurely afternoon tour.

Cycling Along the Adige – Between Reschen and Merano
Distance: approx. 0.5 km
Bike tour: 80–86 km

The Adige Cycle Path is one of South Tyrol’s most scenic cycling routes. It leads through wide-open landscapes and connects many of the historic towns and villages of the Vinschgau.

Tip: The route towards Merano is especially popular, with gentle descents and beautiful views along the way.

Waalweg Panoramic Bike Tour
Distance: approx. 39 km
Route: approx. 25–40 km
Difficulty: easy to moderate

This panoramic bike tour follows historic Waalwege and sun-kissed slopes high above the Vinschgau. Along the way, sweeping views open up across the valley and the surrounding mountains.

The route combines leisurely riding, nature and a gentle sporting challenge in a wonderfully varied way.

Tip: Please be considerate of hikers sharing the trails – in return, peaceful routes and exceptional views await.

Holy Hansen Trail – Morter
Distance: approx. 14.5 km
Route: approx. 15 km including trail
Difficulty: moderate

One of the best-known trails in the Vinschgau starts above Morter. After a climb through shady woodland, a flowing and varied descent awaits, with sweeping bends and excellent trail conditions.

A true highlight for sporty riders looking to experience the Vinschgau on two wheels.

Tip: Start with an e-bike or shuttle to save more energy for the descent.

E-Bike Panoramic Tour through Upper Vinschgau
Distance: approx. 43 km
Route: approx. 35 km
Difficulty: easy to moderate

An e-bike is the perfect way to explore the panoramic routes of Upper Vinschgau at a relaxed pace.

The route connects several small villages and opens up beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape along the way.

Tip: Ideal for a leisurely day tour with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.

Bike Tour into the Martell Valley
Distance: approx. 11 km
Route: approx. 45 km
Difficulty: challenging

This sporty bike tour leads into the spectacular Martell Valley – one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful high-alpine valleys.

The route takes you through varied landscapes and rewards you with impressive mountain scenery along the way.

Tip: A break by Lake Zufritt makes this tour especially worthwhile.
