Arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy life from the very first minute. If your holiday starts like this, it’s bound to be one to remember, isn’t it? That’s why we recommend that you read the following before you come and stay with us. We have put together everything you need to know. Any questions? We are here to help!

Arrival & departure

Your chalet or apartment will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know around what time you think you’ll arrive.
Please vacate your accommodation by 10 am on your day of departure. Please be aware that we will charge you for an additional day if you depart unexpectedly late.

Reservation & deposit

A written reservation is required in order for a wellness chalet or luxury apartment to officially become “yours”. This is effective as soon as we have received your deposit of 30% of the total (a minimum of €150.00). Simply follow the instructions in our booking system, if you have any questions, please contact us.


Please be aware that cash payments in Italy are only permitted up to a total of €4,999.00. We accept EC cards and debit cards.

Local tax

By paying the so-called local or visitor’s tax, you significantly improve the environment, infrastructure, and culture of our region. It is currently €3.50 per night per person (14 years and older). It is not included in the total price. Please pay the local tax on your departure.


Dogs are welcome guests at the Amolaris. Please help to keep it that way: Keep your four-legged friend on a lead in the public areas and pick up after them; there is a doggy station with a poop bag dispenser on the grounds. Please note that the wellness area, lounge and bathing pond are reserved for humans.


All indoor areas are non-smoking. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and do not smoke in the outdoor areas in close proximity to other guests.


We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance through the European Travel Insurance. If you do not use this service, the following cancellation conditions apply: Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Up to 14 days before arrival, 60% of the booked price will be charged. From 7 days before arrival, 80% of the booked price must be paid. In case of no-show or shortening of the stay, we will charge 100% of the booking.
