Arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy life from the very first minute. If your holiday starts like this, it’s bound to be one to remember, isn’t it? That’s why we recommend that you read the following before you come and stay with us. We have put together everything you need to know. Any questions? We are here to help!
Your lodge or suite will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know around what time you think you’ll arrive.
Please vacate your accommodation by 10 am on your day of departure. Please be aware that we will charge you for an additional day if you depart unexpectedly late.
A written reservation is required in order for a lodge or suite to officially become “yours”. This is effective as soon as we have received your deposit of 30% of the total (a minimum of €150.00). Simply follow the instructions in our booking system, if you have any questions, please contact us.
The deposit is a processing fee and will only be refunded in the event of cancellation if travel insurance has been taken out and a medical certificate is available.
Please be aware that cash payments in Italy are only permitted up to a total of €4,999.00. We accept EC cards and debit cards.
By paying the so-called local or visitor’s tax, you significantly improve the environment, infrastructure, and culture of our region. It is currently €4.00 per night per person (14 years and older). It is not included in the total price. Please pay the local tax on your departure.
The surcharge per pet per day is €35.00.
To ensure that everyone, both two-legged and four-legged, feels comfortable, we ask you to observe a few rules:
- Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area, the communal garden or the Atrium.
- Leashes are required in all public areas.
- Furry friends are also allowed on the sun terrace above the indoor pool.
- A separate dog station is available for your daily walk.
- We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning or damage incurred, as well as for urine stains on the lawn.
For hygiene reasons and out of consideration for allergy sufferers, we deliberately do not use carpets in the lodges and suites occupied by pets.
We will be happy to provide you with a dog bed and food bowl upon arrival.
All indoor areas are non-smoking. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and do not smoke in the outdoor areas in close proximity to other guests.
As there’s always a possibility that something will crop up, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. Calculate the cost here and then you can book it directly via Europäische Reiseversicherung. Should you decide not to take out travel cancellation insurance, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
If you cancel between 30 and 20 days before your planned arrival, we will charge a fee of 30% of the total price of your stay.
In the event of cancellation from 20 to 10 days before the planned arrival date, we charge a fee of 60% of the total price of the stay.
If canceled 10 to three days prior to arrival, we charge a fee of 80% of the total price of the stay.
In the event of cancellation three days or more before the planned arrival date, we will charge the full price of the stay.
In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full price of the stay.

When can we check in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. You are welcome to arrive earlier and relax in the garden or on the terrace until your accommodation is ready. Status: December 2025
What kind of coffee machine is in the lodge?
The lodge kitchen is equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine. Status: December 2025
Can we charge our electric car at Amolaris?
Yes, there is a charging station on the property. Status: December 2025
Is the lodge garden fenced?
Yes, the 100 m² private garden is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy. Status: December 2025
Can I book without breakfast?
Our wonderful breakfast is included in the room rate. It is freshly prepared every day with lots of love by our host Wally. Status: December 2025
Are there lodges with two bedrooms?
All of our lodges and suites have one bedroom. Children or additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room upon request. Status: December 2025
Are all lodges the same?
Lodges 1–6 are identical and feature a traditional pitched roof. They overlook the apple orchards and the wildflower meadow. Lodges 7–8 have a flat roof and a different room layout. Their gardens are the southernmost ones and are enclosed by a wall for even greater privacy. Status: December 2025
How many lodges are there?
There are 8 lodges and 6 suites in total. Status: December 2025
Where are the suites located?
The 6 suites are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Amolaris Guesthouse. Status: December 2025
Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are only allowed on request. Availability is limited. The surcharge is €35.00 per day. Status: December 2025
Are the lodges barrier-free?
Yes, the lodges and the Atrium with breakfast room, library and honesty bar are barrier-free. Status: December 2025
Do you offer half board?
We have deliberately chosen not to offer half board. Each guest can follow their own rhythm and enjoy the culinary variety of nearby huts, farms and restaurants. Status: December 2025
What is the Guesthouse?
The Guesthouse is the original main house, dating back to 1970. It includes the indoor pool and the 6 suites. Status: December 2025
Is there a more affordable lodge?
Yes, we do offer a more budget-friendly lodge – it’s our introductory lodge. Feel free to request an offer. Status: December 2025
Is there a washing machine on the property?
In the Guesthouse you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing station available for guest use. Status: December 2025
How does the Homechef Box work?
The Homechef Box was created by Homechef Karl Telfser. The meals are delivered plastic-free in a beautifully packaged box to your lodge or suite (including salt, Parmesan, etc.). Using simple instructions, you finish the dishes yourself. All meals have been personally tested by us. Status: December 2025
What is the Honesty Bar?
The Honesty Bar is a fully equipped bar located in the Atrium. All Amolaris guests may help themselves and prepare their own drinks. It includes local wines, soft drinks, aperitifs, beer, spirits, gin, and more. Fresh herbs for garnish are also available. Status: December 2025
How does breakfast work? Buffet or breakfast box?
Breakfast takes place in the Atrium and is included in the price. Every day, Wally prepares fresh, healthy and delicious specialties. The breakfast box can be booked on request and for a fee; it is delivered directly to the lodge or suite and contains regional and homemade products. Status: December 2025
Can our dog come to breakfast?
Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. Status: December 2025
Is housekeeping available?
For environmental reasons, we have chosen not to offer daily cleaning. Of course, our housekeeping team will come to your lodge or suite for cleaning upon request. Towels are changed daily as needed. Status: December 2025
Can you arrange flowers as a surprise?
